Love the work you are doing. You help to make my role as a Senior Faculty member for Leadership Development so much easier. You make me look really "smart".
As part of my ongoing ambition to strengthen my team’s performance (full team and leadership team), I have worked with RSVP Design. I licensed two of their flagship products Colourblind® and Simbols®, which have successfully moved online. The sessions we facilitated were very strong, delivering fun, engagement, but also they highlighted / pressure tested essential capabilities, such as delivering under time pressure, clear communication, “going slow to go fast”, defining clear R&R’s and last but by no means least, ability to be flexible as new information becomes available, or you see something just isn’t working the way you planned it! I would highly recommend these team activities, they are both fun and challenging, and can be used as a virtual energizer too.
RSVP Design is a trusted partner for impactful experiential exercises in leadership development in our courses at IMD. RSVP Design’s experiential exercises provide participants with hands-on, immersive experiences, enabling active engagement and profound reflection. By simulating real-world scenarios, their exercises allow participants to practice and refine their leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment. What sets RSVP Design apart is their ability to suggest exercises to meet our course objectives and participant profiles. On the rare occasion when they do not have an exercise to hand, they take the time to understand our challenges and work with us to design exercises that directly address our needs – RSVP Design’s amazing “T Trade” exercise was the product of collaboration between RSVP Design and IMD faculty.
I am focusing on a leadership project on university campuses in Kenya. My work includes team development for students, and a company that provides team development for corporates. The goal of the company is to raise funds for the projects I run on the university campuses. I ordered two sets of Webmaster and Colourblind several years ago and LOVE your products! They have connected with everyone, both students and the corporate companies. I decided to try more of your products as I have found so much value in the other two. Thank you for creating such amazing products! :-)
