Customer/Business Skills

Many customer skills can require the application of a collection of soft skills (such as listening, building trust or influencing) but also business skills (such as negotiation or commercial acumen). All business are affected by change and included here are a number of experiential learning activities that focus on sensitising participants to various aspects of change, and providing opportunities to reinforce learning, and apply skills in managing change.
