Working With a Customer Focus Workshop
This is a live recording of an exploration of the activities & materials within the Working with a Customer Focus Workshop. It includes everything required to run a full day training/workshop with a cohort of up to 16 x learners in 4 x separate, 1.5 hour modules, all structured and linked to the PowerPoint facilitator presentation, and full facilitator guide. A reprintable delegate workbook is also provided in pdf format for unlimited printing. The Workshop licence allows unlimited use of the materials and activities.
