Our team performance activities and tools are designed to allow facilitators, trainers and educators to focus on any area of team working and development relevant to the learner’s needs. All of our experiential learning teamwork activities require learners to do the following:

  • Work collaboratively, usually under time constraints, to achieve an objective within a set of operating rules and to a pre-defined quality standard
  • Use each individual’s strengths to effectively manage time and resources, generate ideas, problem solve, be innovative, and deliver the required results within the team
  • Explore the individual and collective dynamics within teams to address key issues such as power, authority, roles, values, competition and trust

Typically we deal with intact team sizes of up to 16 people, so most of the products shown are designed to deal with that maximum team size.
Larger groups than that are typically not intact teams, and it is likely that concurrent sub-group working will be relevant with multiple teams working on the same activity.
This has the added benefit to allow opportunities to compare and contrast approaches across sub-groups.
