To develop them needs opportunities to rehearse and build these skills.

These experiential learning activities and tools were designed to provide learning groups or workplace teams those opportunities by focusing on developing individual assertiveness, & improving influencing skills. These experiential learning tools include working with conflict, managing individual behavioural styles, building trust and relationships, and agreeing shared values.
