    • As part of my ongoing ambition to strengthen my team’s performance (full team and leadership team), I have worked with RSVP Design. I licensed two of their flagship products Colourblind® and Simbols®, which have successfully moved online.     • The excellent facilitation by both Geoff and Ann ensured all staff participated in a positive way. Everyone was treated as equals and staff maintained their focus.
