Images of Organisations® are visual metaphor cards of organisational and business situations used as an introductory, ice breaker or closing activity to encourage discussion and sharing of experience, feelings, and perceptions. These popular images are highly versatile and can be used with individuals or teams to generate rich and powerful dialogue between individuals and small groups/teams. This physical deck includes an online viewable image of all 16 x cartoons that can be used with virtual learning teams and groups Using the included online image collection with a virtual groups allows each individual to choose a personal relatable image, and provides an opportunity for everyone to contribute to 'maintaining the team' as well as developing the ability to complete 'the team task'.
expresspack is a robust deck of 54 images, photos, and symbols, carefully picked to be used as visual metaphors for personal development coaching or team development scenarios. It allows individuals to express their opinions & views more openly, and to communicate effectively. This ability for teams to allow each individual to contribute and feel a connectedness is known to being a key contributor to improved team performance. A6-sized version (148 x 105 mm) is designed to be used in small groups by coaches, managers and facilitators.
The Storylines App iPad is a fully digital version of the Images of Organisations® and expresspack experiential tools. Storylines allows facilitators or individuals to develop in-depth discussions around team or organisational situations by choosing an image or series of images that represents a metaphor for their position, adding text or voice annotations, then easily sharing that with remote colleagues. This allows a group to develop an asynchronous dialogue around sensitive or challenging topics as if they were doing so in real-time in the same room.
