These penalty points make the achievement of targets increasingly difficult as the exercise progresses, unless the problem is dealt with quickly and effectively.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn order to complete the exercise successfully, teams must work towards a shared strategy for minimising waste and error.
