Developing customer management skills

These customer management activities, tools and games focus on developing a range of skills including customer service, customer relationships, communications, influencing & negotiation and behavioural flexibility skills.

Most job roles include 'serving' someone in another role, department of organisation who could be considered a 'customer' - they require us to provide something to them. That person needs to be 'managed'.

Similarly most job roles include a requirement to obtain something from another person, department or organisation where we could be considered the 'customer'. In this case we need to manage our 'suppliers'. Using these activities offers a safe space to explore these various supplier and customer relationships.
