    Values Explorer is a tool developed by the Center for Creative Leadership to explore and understand values in the workplace, at the individual and organisational levels. The deck contains 60 cards with human values and their brief definitions, as well as instructions for use. The deck is a flexible tool, and may be used by a single individual, a coaching pair, and in small and large groups.

    There is a strong connection between leadership "brand" and "values," and for this package we are pairing the newly updated Values Explorer cards with the CCL guidebook, Leadership Brand: Deliver on Your Promise.

    The Values Explorer™ card deck contains 60 cards with human values and their brief definitions, as well as instructions for use. The cards may be sorted according to:

    • Often Valued

    • Sometimes Valued

    • Seldom Valued

    • and Never Valued.

    The Values Explorer & The Leadership Brand set gives a foundation to open up discussions about workplace/group and personal values and to help individuals clarify what they value most and least in professional and business life. It is designed to be used :

    • To help individuals understand values within the team / organisation and how these relate to personal values

    • As a learning exercise to teach teams to understand and work more effectively with each other

    • As a tool to develop self-awareness for individuals, pairs, and small & large groups

    • To help inspire individuals to both pay attention to their current personal leadership brand and to begin to proactively develop the leadership brand they aspire to

    Values are basic beliefs that motivate action. Values are formed from many different sources and fundamentally affect your abilities and perceptions. This card deck can then be used to help clarify what you value most and least in your professional and business life and therefore can be used with:

    • individuals who want to improve self-awareness
